RES Screening (August 2004)

Our special Los Angeles screening series continues this month with our biggest event to date. Come out to Hollywood's Egyptian Theatre to see mini-retrospectives of the work of four of the 15 Nike Art of Speed filmmakers. All four -- Stefan Nadelman, Honest, Saiman Chow + Han Lee, and KDLAB -- will be on hand to present a series of their films leading up to their "Art of Speed" project. As always, the evening will also feature brand new short films and music videos, including the latest for RJD2, !!!, Wagon Christ and the Beta Band. Los Angeles' own Logan will also be there to present the director's cut of their brilliant new Felix da Housecat promo "Rocket Ride." The evening will conclude with a free party in the Egyptian courtyard featuring complimentary food and drinks courtesy of Nike Lab, Red Stripe and Izze and a live A/V performance by TINO CORP (Ben Stokes and Meat Beat Manifesto's Jack Dangers), who will remix the 15 Art of Speed Films.
